Threshold is not a wall between you and the sites you love. Walls have never worked. It surrounds the moment of opening with a small ceremony the rest of the category refuses to provide. If you have never used a screen-time tool before, this is the whole of it: name what you came for, do it, say how it went.

You name what you came for before you enter. When the time is up, you say how it went: how did it go? Repeated over weeks, those check-ins settle into a single number. We call it your Intention Score.
A rough day softens the number; it never sinks it. Arriving with a purpose earns credit, and so does answering "not this time", because noticing is part of the practice. Watched over weeks, the number becomes a quiet picture of how deliberately you spend your attention.
