Demo notes: the gate pause here is 6 seconds, and the demo starts you with a held record, three straight "did it" check-ins, so your first gate holds you for 3. The time budget is 1 minute so a full session fits in a sitting. Real settings let you set both. Threshold ships with a ten-second pause and per-site minute budgets.
